Roger, I feel priveleged to have joined with your family today through the web cam for your farewell service. I am only one of the many who knew you through your list of interests during your lifetime, as a member of the Scouting Movement and Brownsea Island. Today, I discovered and learnt about the other "Roger" who just got on with life thinking and caring for others and those he loved. You certainly have left a big legacy for all to remember you by and I am sure that your years of hard work will be continued to benefit those of the next generation and bring comfort to your loving family members.
