I first met Roger at a DSS gathering in London in about 1968.  I was then part of the HMS Collingwood DSS Rover Crew .  Later we joined the  call for volunteers, I was from Bournemouth so seemed a natural, to work on the new Brownsea Island Camp Site and Roger was there too.  We have been in occational contact since.  I will add several photos from the Portsmouth & Brownsea Archive - Which Roger helped [as you would expect] to collate.  Gathered mainly during our reunions.
